Angelica Garza

Angelica Garza (Angie) age 69 passed away Saturday evening October 17, 2020. 

 

Angie was born on September 14, 1951 in Houston, TX to Isidro Garza and Magdalena Rangel Garza.

 

Angie was a long-time member of Gesthsemane Bible Center in South Houston, Texas. She always enjoyed an opportunity to share the gospel with everyone.

 

She was preceded in death by her son Raymond Rivera Jr. & grandson Raymond Rivera.

 

Survived by her 3 children, daughter Evette Fonseca (husband Crescencio Fonseca) daughter Erica Cortez (husband Ismael Cortez) and son Victor Rivera.

 

Our mom was a strong fiercely independent woman who devoted her time to help raise her 10 grandchildren; Steven Fonseca (wife Cristal Fonseca) Hannah Fonseca, Ismael Cortez, Isaac Cortez, Vonnie Rivera, Victor Rivera, Elijah Rivera, Victoria Rivera, and Faith Blair, with the great constant desire to visit her great grandchild Leonardo (Leo) Ray Rivera-Ibarra. Mom did this not out of obligation but because this was her way of showing love.
