Tatyana Azaria Ruiz

Tatyana Azaria Ruiz, born to this life August 4, 2002 in Houston, TX. Tatyana was 19 years old and entered eternal life Thursday, March 17, 2022 in Katy, TX. Her life was taken by a fatal car accident after hitting a curb and losing control. The vehicle hit a tree leading to her immediate untimely death. She is survived by her (Husband) Jakob Barrera, raised by her mother Jennifer Weber, (Grandma) Nina Reyes, (Grandpa) Andre Quek, (Stepfather) Marcus Weber, (Biological father) Jaime Ruiz, (Half-siblings) Rozlynn Ruiz, James Ruiz, Jovani Ruiz, Julian Ruiz and (Stepsiblings) Keegan Weber and Savannah Weber.

 

Tatyana was known by many to be a sweet kind hearted, beautiful, respectful, young woman. She lit up any room with her vibrant personality, warm eyes and her illuminating smile. Tatyana loved hard and above everything, she loved her gracious God. She enjoyed Bible journaling, serving her community, and helping those in need, whether human or animal. She was a first friend to the friendless and defender of the defenseless.

 

In her lifetime Tatyana had a boundless passion and threw herself into many endeavors. She was involved with the Girl Scouts of America. She played basketball, soccer, tennis and track. She pursued acting and modeling and learned to play the piano. She was a member of Young Life and Best Buddies.  Her true passion was found in caring for animals. She joined FFA (Future Farmers of America) where she raised three pigs and helped others with their goats. The  barns became her second home and this was her happy place.

 

During her time here on earth Tatyana was privileged to see parts of the world and travel abroad with her grandmother who was also known as her sidekick. Tatyana was a graduate of Katy Taylor High School.

 

On February 25, 2022 she married her best friend Jacob Barrera. Tatyana was blessed with an agape love. The weeks after her marriage Tatyana experienced happiness and joy like never before.

 

In a short time Tatyana lived life to the fullest and experienced more than some of us do in a lifetime. Tatyana leaves behind some of the greatest memories with heartfelt moments with us all. She will be missed abundantly. May she rest in heavenly peace.
