1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by Leal Funeral Home, 11123 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079. We provide funeral, burial, cremation and pre-arrangement services since 2009.
2. Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website. The work itself is governed by the written agreement, quote or invoice we agree with you.
3. Contacting us does not create a contract
Sending an enquiry through this site starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a binding agreement for funeral services and does not reserve a date. Work is agreed when we confirm it with you directly.
4. Prices shown on this site
Prices shown on this site are starting prices for the services described. Cemetery property, headstone or monument work, a burial vault, and certified copies of the death certificate beyond the two included are itemized separately and quoted before any work begins. Under the FTC Funeral Rule you can ask for our General Price List at any time and we will send it the same day. The document that governs an arrangement is the signed statement of goods and services, not this website.
5. Pre-arranged funeral contracts
Pre-arranged funeral contracts are governed by Texas Finance Code Section 154.133. More information on pre-arranging is available from the Texas Department of Banking at prepaidfunerals.texas.gov. A pre-arrangement is created by a signed contract, never by anything on this website.
6. Obituaries and family content
Obituaries, photographs and tributes published here are provided by families and published with their permission. If you believe something published about your family is wrong or should be removed, contact us and we will correct or remove it.
7. Information on this site
We keep the information here accurate and current, but it is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your particular situation and should not be relied on as though it were.
8. Acceptable use
Use this site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, or submit false enquiries.
9. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, layout, logo and design on this site belong to Leal Funeral Home or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
10. Links to other sites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Leal Funeral Home is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Harris County, Texas.
