Virginia Valvaneda Emery

Virginia Valvaneda Emery, 59, of Fresno, TX.

Found peace at home with our Lord on, January 22, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Virginia was born June 27, 1966 in Houston, TX, the daughter of

 Joe G. Valvaneda & Guadalupe M. Valvaneda.
Virginia and her partner, Jose S. Gonzalez,
shared 23 years of cherished memories.

Virginia found her greatest joy in the laughter and company of her family. She
was happiest when she was surrounded by her daughters and grandchildren or
her beloved kitty cats, where her warmth and spirit created a lifetime of
cherished memories.

Her legacy lives on through the close-knit family she nurtured with boundless love & sacrifice.

Her vibrant soul embraced life’s simple pleasures and always believed in having
faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Whether she was dancing to her favorite music,
out enjoying some celebration, or soaking in the sun at her favorite spot in
Galveston, her energy was infectious. Virginia enjoyed watching her shows and
all Nicolas Cage flicks she could find.

She found joy in both the quiet moments at home and the lively gatherings that defined her world.

Virginia was known for her free spirit, her kindness, her generosity, and most
importantly that contagious smile. To her grandchildren, she was the person

who always had a story, a warm hug, and a listening ear.
Remaining to cherish Virginia’s memory are her partner, Jose S. Gonzalez;
