December 17, 1964 – June 10, 2024
Husband, Father, Grandfather, Friend, Preacher, Disciple of God’s Work and Provider to Many.
Cesar Martin Hercules, a devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Friend, Preacher, and Disciple of God’s Work, was called home on June 10, 2024. Born on December 17, 1964, in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Cesar touched the lives of many through his unwavering faith and selfless service.
His favorite Bible verse, Galatians 2:20, encapsulates his life’s philosophy: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Cesar embodied this truth, living each day with unwavering faith and love for others.
Cesar is survived by his wife Maria of 39 years, whom he devoted his life to. He leaves behind his children Gloria V. Sinclair and her husband Kevin Sinclair, Cesar Martin Hercules Jr. and his fiancée Karen Peña, and Anjela Hercules. His grandchildren—Jeremiah I. Vasquez, Scarlet L. Vasquez, Liam A. Lopez, Derrick N. Newell III, and Haven S. Newell—will forever cherish his love and guidance. In addition to his immediate family, Cesar is remembered by his four sisters, two brothers, and a wide circle of nieces, nephews, and adopted children.
His legacy of compassion and service lives on through those he touched. As we say our goodbyes, let us honor his memory by continuing the acts of love and kindness he so passionately embraced. May he rest in eternal peace in the hands of our merciful heavenly Father.
