Joseph D. Ulloa

Joseph Daniel Ulloa was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who left this world too soon. He was 73 years old.

Born on March 25, 1951, in Houston, Texas, Joseph proudly served as a United States Marine during the Vietnam War, earning respect and admiration for his dedication and service. He was a proud Marine who carried the values of discipline, honor, and loyalty throughout his life.

A devoted Catholic and active member of his church, Joseph lived his faith with love and humility, always seeking to help others and stay connected to his community. His spiritual life was central to who he was, and he will be remembered for his strong faith, kindness, and generosity.

Joseph had many passions. He enjoyed collecting coins, hunting, and taking care of his guns, always finding peace and tranquility in these activities. A lover of great conversations, he could often be found engaging in thought-provoking talks about life. One of his most treasured qualities was his love for sharing life lessons. Joseph always had a saying to offer—words of wisdom that he would share with anyone who would listen.

His love for cooking was well known, and he could always be counted on to prepare a delicious meal for his family and friends. In his free time, Joseph had a deep appreciation for both sci-fi and western movies, often sharing his favorites and discussing the imaginative worlds or timeless stories they portrayed. One of his simplest joys was sitting around the table, snacking on his favorite candies, and enjoying the company of his loved ones. Joseph was also known for his infectious sense of humor. He loved to tell cheesy jokes that brought smiles and laughter to everyone around him, always lightening the mood with his wit and charm.

Joseph is survived by his spouse Maria of 45 years, his six children, along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He will be missed by all who knew him for his warmth, his strong character, and his unwavering love for those he held dear.
