Maria Angelita Garcia Aleman, 61, of Pasadena, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.

Born on April 2, 1964, in Port Arthur, Texas, Maria was the beloved wife of Enrique Aguilar and a devoted mother to her two sons, Arthur Aleman Jr. and Joseph Martinez.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Angel Garcia and Elvira Cardenas Garcia, and her brother Rogelio Garcia.

Maria is survived by her husband, her two sons, and a large, loving family — her siblings Luciano Garcia, Martina Quinn, Magdalena Rodríguez, MollyAnn Leon, Melinda Shackelford, Melissa Garcia, Jose A. Garcia Jr., Billy Jack Garcia, and Juan Diego Garcia.

Maria was a woman of faith, a believer in Jesus Christ who lived her life with kindness, humility, and love. She had a generous heart and was always ready to open her home and her arms to anyone in need. She loved the simple things in life — laughter, family, and the joy of helping others.

Her legacy of compassion, strength, and faith will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at
