In Loving Memory of Ninfa González


Ninfa González, age 79, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2026, surrounded by the love and memories of those who cherished her.
She was born on January 27, 1947, in Robstown to her beloved parents, Roque Barrientos and Paula Garcia. Throughout her life, Ninfa was known for her strength, devotion to her family, and the love and care she shared with everyone around her.
Ninfa leaves behind her loving sons, Marin Gonzalez, Sonny Gonzalez, Robert Gonzalez, Rafael Gonzalez, and Jose Gonzalez, who will continue to honor her memory and carry forward the values and love she instilled in them. She is proceeded in death, mother and father, husband Raul Gonzalez & handsome son Raul Gonzalez Jr.
She was a devoted mother, family matriarch, and a source of comfort and guidance to those who knew her. Her kindness, resilience, and unwavering love for her family will be remembered always.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Leal Funeral Home, 11123 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079.
Ninfa’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy of love, faith, and family will endure for generations to come.
May she rest in eternal peace.
