Sergio Chapa Jr.
March 21, 1974 – February 21, 2024
Sergio Chapa Jr. 49, passed away in Houston, TX surrounded by his loved ones. Sergio was born on March 21, 1974, in Houston, TX, son of the late Sergio C. Chapa Sr. and Julia E. Chapa.
Sergio is survived by his wife Monica Chapa, Brother Mario Chapa (Patricia Chapa)
Sisters Elizabeth Chapa (Danny Oliver), and Stefanie Crago(Rick Crago) several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Sergio was a loving human, he was very blunt, and was not afraid to speak his mind. He was family oriented, loved his wife and siblings. He loved his nephews and nieces, always teaching and telling them to call him Master Sergio followed by a bow when greeting him. He was silly and playful always joking in some sort of way with them. Sergio was an avid baseball and football fan and loved being outdoors tending to his yard work and gardening. Sergio loved to Bbq, and his food was always so tasty, whenever asked what spices he used he would say “it’s my dad’s secret recipe”. He loved to dance to his conjunto music and was always joking around saying something to make us laugh. His smile, laughter and sense of humor will be missed tremendously.
