Beatriz Natividad Tornero De Mata was born in Sonora, Mexico, to Beatriz Vasquez and Miguel Tornero, and was the biological daughter of Ricardo Sanchez. She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a cherished light in the lives of all who had the blessing of knowing her.
Beatriz was a devoted and loving wife to her husband, Pedro Mata, and a cherished mother to Emma, Melody, Pedro Jr., Joaquin, and Mario Mata. Her family was her greatest blessing, and she poured her heart into each of them.
She was a proud and loving grandmother to Ammy, Jose AlfredoJr, Eduardo Jr., Alejandro, Romario, Sheridan, Alexis, Samantha, Ricardo, Kaleb, Jordan, Devanee, Anahi, and Brynn. She was also a devoted great-grandmother to Camila, Lorenzo, Penelope, Loreli, Sergio, Isabella, Lael, Violet, Alejandro Jr., and Amaya. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as though each one were her very own, giving them the same unconditional love, tenderness, and care.
Beatriz was a beautiful, God-fearing woman and a daughter of the Most High King. Her faith was the foundation of her life. She trusted in God through every season, and no matter what trials or tribulations came her way, she faced them head-on with courage, strength, and unwavering faith.
She was honest, loving, genuine, and intellectual, with a strength that could be felt by everyone around her. Her love knew no conditions or boundaries. She had a way of making people feel welcomed, valued, and loved, treating others with the same kindness and compassion she showed her own family.
Beatriz was the rock of the family—the person who held everyone together, offered strength when others needed it, and loved without asking for anything in return. Even through sickness and hardship, she never allowed her circumstances to break her spirit.
