Calvin Lee Rowe 76, of Galena Park went to his heavenly home on June 28, 2026. He was born August 5, 1949 in Houston, Texas to Troy G. and Dora Belle Kennedy Rowe. Calvin served his country in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War as a radio operator. He was proceeded in death by his parents who were both veterans also and his niece Michelle Broussard. Calvin is survived by his sons Troy Lee Carroll and wife Tresa and Michael Lee Rowe, by grandchildren Amanda Rowe, Whitley, Kyle, Caleb and Zoey Carroll, great grandchild Haddie Carroll, as well as his sister Linda Broussard and husband Erwin and their children Joshua Broussard and his wife Katrina and their children and his brother Billy Joe Rowe. Calvin is also survived by his Uncle Bennie Kennedy and wife Linda and their children. There will be a service and viewing Wednesday, July 22, 2026 9am – 12:30pm at Leal Funeral Home 1813 Holland Ave. Houston Texas 77029. Burial will be at Houston National Cemetery follow service and viewing. Memorial Service for Calvin Rowe will be at Second Baptist Church in Galena Park at a later date…as Calvin says “God Loves You”
