Obituary 
Laura Alejandra Carrasco Torres, age 24, of Houston TX, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026. Born on March 20, 2022 in Mexico City, she was the cherished daughter of David Carrasco Jimenez and Laura Torres Soberanes.
Ale was a fighter from birth, bringing immense joy and light to everyone around her. She had the kindest and sweetest spirit, loved nature, practiced yoga and hiking, was artistic, playful, had a caregiver spirit, was a runner and loved spending time with family and friends. She graduated in 2024 from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX.
Her laughter, warmth, and gentle heart left a permanent mark on all who knew her. She is survived by her parents, David and Laura, her brother Diego; and many loving extended family members and friends. A service to celebrate her life will be held on September 20 at 3:00 pm at Leal Funeral Home located at 11123 Katy Fwy, Houston TX 77079.
Ale, you were a wonderful gift to us. Your smile will live in our memory, and your love will never die. Fly high, reach the stars and Rest in Peace.

Recordando a Laura Alejandra Carrasco Torres con el corazón roto y un dolor que no tiene palabras, anunciamos que nuestra amada hija, Ale partió en paz el 14 de Septiembre a la edad de 24 años, en Houston TX. Ale nació en la Ciudad de México el 20 de marzo del 2002, llenando nuestras vidas de luz, risas y un amor puro desde el primer día en que nació. 
La fuerza que demostró luchando desde que nació, con dulzura y bondad deja una huella imborrable en cada uno de nosotros que vivirá por siempre en nuestros corazones. Ale, amante de la naturaleza y el senderismo, practicaba yoga y juguetona y disfrutando de cuidar de otros, era una corredora y disfrutaba pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos. Se graduó en 2024 de la Universidad Southwestern en Georgetown, TX. 
Aunque su luz se apagó demasiado pronto en la tierra, su espíritu nos guiará cada día. Le dicen hasta siempre con amor infinito sus padres David Carrasco Jimenez y Laura Torres Soberanes, su hermano Diego y demás familiares y amigos que tanto la amamos. 
Los honores fúnebres y el servicio de despedida se realizarán el 20 de Septiembre a las 3:00 PM en la Funeraria Leal, ubicada en 11123 Katy Fwy, Houston TX 77079

Rodriguez, Jr. Elementary School in Houston TX where she had recently begun teaching and fundraising for her students.
