Leroy Barrera Jr.

With Deepest sorrow, we announce that Leroy Barrera Jr. (Baby Le), age 26 our most beloved son, brother, family member and friend passed suddenly on Tuesday, July 25th, 2023 while in the hospital.

Those who knew Leroy, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. Leroy was humorous jokester, a Mama’s boy no doubt, he loved being the light of the party, listening to music, bike riding, long jogs, he always wanted to fix up his truck in his spare time, a Jordan shoe fanatic. He brought love & joy to others around him, a phone call away for those in need no matter what time it was & would give the shirt
off his back even if it was his last one. One of the many big milestones was losing 100 pounds. He was determined and made it happen because he was a goal getter.

Leroy will be missed everyday by his Parents Mark & Monica Soto, Leroy Sr. & Mayra Barrera. SIters Alyssa Ramirez, Miranda Barrera, Sierra & Esmeralda Soto. Brothers Mark Soto Jr & Aiden Barrera. Grandparents Irma Valerio, Freddy & Carmen Soto & Jose & Irma De Los Reyes, Girlfriend America Martinez & his loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many many great friends.

We know Leroy is in a better place & dancing with his Grandparents Frank & Delia Barrera & Manuel Valerio in Heaven.

“Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.”Romans 8:18

Fill not your hearts with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow. Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles, I’ve only gone to rest a little while. Although my leaving causes

  8. There is no loss greater than a loss of a child or a grandchild . There are Jo words to comfort a parent . If there are any words at all is that he knew he was loved . My deepest condolences for the family.

I knew Leroy through my grandson Anthony. He was such a polite and sweet young man. I am very sorry for your loss, he was one of God’s best work.
