Lucio Romero Peña , 75 , passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on February 7th, 2026. He was born on February 7th, 1951, in El Salvador. Lucio was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. His surviving family include his children Ilsia (husband Juan), Gilberto (wife Angeli) and Elvira (husband Jose); his grandchildren, Valerie, Natalie, Haley, Anthony, Izayah, Gilberto Jr, Christian, Noah and Jaden; and great grandchildren Josiah and Kobe.
Lucio was a caring and devoted man whose kindness was shown through his actions. A true handyman at heart, he was always willing to help, whether it was fixing something around the house or lending his skills to someone in need. He took great pride in home maintenance and in caring for the things and people around him.
He also loved fishing, especially trips to the beach where he could enjoy the ocean air, casting his net and found peace by the water. Those quiet moments by the sea were some of his most cherished.

Lucio Romero Peña, de 75 años, falleció en paz rodeada de sus seres queridos el 7 de Enero de 2026. Nació el 7 de Febrero de 1951 en El Salvador. Lucio fue un querido esposo, padre, abuelo y bisabuelo. Le sobreviven sus hijos Ilsia (esposo Juan), Gilberto (esposa Angeli) y Elvira (esposo Jose); sus nietos Valerie, Natalie, Haley, Anthony, Izayah, Gilberto Jr., Christian, Noah y Jaden; y sus bisnietos Josiah y Kobe.
Lucio era un hombre cariñoso y dedicado cuya bondad se mostraba a través de sus acciones. Un verdadero hombre de mantenimiento de corazón, siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar, ya sea arreglando algo alrededor de la casa o prestando sus habilidades a alguien necesitado. Se enorgullecía mucho en el mantenimiento del hogar y en el cuidado de las cosas y personas a su alrededor.
También le encantaba la pesca, especialmente los viajes a la playa donde podía disfrutar del aire del mar , tirando su tarraya y encontrar la paz junto al agua. Esos momentos tranquilos junto al mar fueron los mas tesorados
